Casa Chiostro is the renovation project of a courtyard building in Caserta which involves the reconnection of three existing buildings, recomposing the ancient type of the cloister. The concept is based on the reinterpretation of this typology in a contemporary key, blending the stasis and recognizability of a central space surrounded by walkways visible through arches with the immersion and dynamism of a continuous surface that evokes those of natural structures.
